Couple turns in their grandson to police

An Indianapolis teen was turned over to cops by his own grandparents after they recognized him in surveillance footage released by police. Charles Floyd and his wife gave up their 18-year-old grandson Jonathan Ratcliff after reportedly seeing him on the video ransacking a gas station. They even drove him to police headquarters themselves. Floyd said he’d previously warned his grandson over his conduct, Saying, “We had talked to him about getting his life right.” Ratcliff was arrested and now faces a preliminary charge of theft.
